Job Description



Our client a real estate and consultancy company is looking to hire an Account Officer who will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing administrative functions


Work Days: Mondays to Fridays


Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

  • Assist in monitoring budgets and financial plans.

  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required.

  • Maintain vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Create and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, develop specifications, and create purchase requests.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Monitor inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and place orders accordingly.

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.

  • Provide support in other administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting,, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Accountant

  • Proven experience administrative support and procurement roles.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.


Salary: ₦90,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
