Our client a real estate and consultancy company is looking to hire an Account Officer who will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing administrative functions
Work Days: Mondays to Fridays
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist in monitoring budgets and financial plans.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
- Maintain vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Create and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, develop specifications, and create purchase requests.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and place orders accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Proven experience administrative support and procurement roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
Salary: ₦90,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
