If you are a marketer and you have experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, then this job is for you. The sales and marketing lead will manage the marketing side of our client brand while formulating and executing sales strategies to drive commensurate ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to retain and attract new customers.
- Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, creative and design teams.
- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing content and promotional materials.
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.
- Identify and deploy the most effective channels to promote and raise brand awareness.
- Prepare and manage the budget and ensure all marketing spends deliver commensurate return on investment.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and report findings to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with high-end brands is an added advantage.
