Job Profile

• This role is tasked with working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch software products that meet customer needs, are delivered on time and within budget, and are aligned with the company’s overall goals.

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

• Identify new product opportunities and conduct market research


• Communicate and manage product vision and strategy


• Create and manage product roadmaps


• Translate product strategy into market requirement documents and product requirement    documents (with prioritised features and corresponding justifications where necessary)


• Drive product releases and feature implementation by working closely with engineering as well as design teams to ensure products aligned to customer needs are delivered as at when due


• Analyse product performance and customer feedback to inform product development decisions


• Utilise strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to interact with all stakeholders (including senior management) regarding status/progress of multiple concurrent projects


• Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally with customers/partners


• Formulate marketing and sales strategy with colleagues and other stakeholders


• Effectively measure success through the development of metrics and reports

You would be a good fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree


• Previous work experience (at least 4 years) in a product manager role


• Worked in a startup or fast-paced environment


• A high sense of accountability/responsibility


• Great interpersonal and people management skills, love working collaboratively


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• The ability to converse fluently with engineers about technology as well as with clients and users   about business needs and objectives


• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done


• A knack for continuous growth, learning and knowledge sharing


• A commitment to a process for extracting answers out of ambiguous questions and situations


• An urgency to unblock yourself and others to deliver results when carrying out tasks


• Strong attention to minute detail – i.e. sweats the small stuff such as font types, alignment, UI, UX (you get our drift!)
