Job Description



Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of PAPSS

  • Monitor Payments on the Instant Payment System (IPS)

  • Monitor settlements periodic reconciliation of transactions

  • Manage internal projects by ensuring they stay on track and are effectively prioritized

  • Contribute to operational improvement strategies and PAPSS body of knowledge (BOK).

  • Provide support to participants by managing and resolving issues (technical and non-technical) they may encounter in PAPPS.

  • Communicate product feature suggestions and updates based on interaction with the clients to your line manager.

  • Assist with business projects and implementation of new processes.

  • All other duties as assigned by your line manager.
