REQUIREMENTS



  •  HND/ BSc. in a relevant field.

  •  Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist.

  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and equipments. 

  •  Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES



  1.  Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  2.  Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

  3.  Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.

  4.  Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area.

  5.  Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.

  6.  Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
