Job Description
You will support the Business Operations Manager with the design, development, and implementation of product roadmaps, gathering inputs and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products. Your focus will be on delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's strategic goals. You will also play a vital role in automating customer flows, rewards, communications using available tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Business Operations Manager to maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key features, enhancements, and milestones for products.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather product requirements, define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Possess technical understanding, finding creative solutions with customer journey, life cycle and products; communicating all findings with relevant providers to reach a feasible solution.
- Comprehend product challenges and innovate solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development teams, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor and track product development progress, ensuring that all relevant inputs are provided timely.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Responsible for QA testing of products to ensure they meet acceptable criteria.
- Work as a subject matter expert in automation flows and user journeys who can answer questions raised by technical personnel and developers
- Assisting in product success criteria vis-a-vis testing and post-launch sequences.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in automation, communication flows and development
- Great attention to details
- Knowledge of HTML, Excel, Marketing Cloud and ET
- Strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders with different levels of technical background
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- CRM and Gaming experience is an added advantage
