Job Summary



  • Supervising teams of staff, including cleaning and maintenance supervising teams of staff, including cleaning and maintenance

  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water heaters and solar machines, are well-maintained

  • Managing the maintenance of the school facilities

  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards, and energy efficiency requirements

  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed

  • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors

  • Maintaining the day-to-day operations of facilities

  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors

  • Fostering a professional working environment

  • Ensuring facilities are always clean

  • Responsible for quality control and technical support of the reactive repair services, annual servicing, and maintenance


Requirement:



  • Proven experience as a facility manager

  • Advanced mechanical and technical skills

  • Proficiency with repair tools and techniques

  • Background on generator maintenance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

  • Identify faulty equipment and fix it.

  • Great time and risk management, organization, and prioritization abilities

  • Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and be comfortable standing
