We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supervision, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a keen understanding of social media metrics.
This position is open to female candidates who possess a customer-centric attitude and are adept at managing day-to-day shop operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the textiles shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused environment.
Utilize computer applications, including MS packages, for inventory management and reporting.
Foster good customer relations to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize the shop's online presence.
Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth.
Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
Requirements
NCE or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years and more experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS packages.
Strong interpersonal skills
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Active social media presence and understanding of social media metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
