Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a hotel setting, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

  • Take and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service.

  • Maintain inventory and perform stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.

  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel or similar setting.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.

  • Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
