Job Description



Responsibilities 


Office Management:



  • Answer phones and warmly greet employees and clients.

  • Manage meeting room and Library usage

  • Responsible for the office appearance

  • Help with the scheduling of meetings.

  • Mail circulation to the appropriate offices.

  • Monitor Staff movement during working hours (excluding lunchtime).

  • Manage the entire client experience


Answering Enquiries and Research:



  • Answer all incoming calls and inquiries

  • Receive visitors and clients and ensure they are well received and treated courteously.

  • Conduct online research as may be required for the office of the MD

  • Receive all tenant complaints and forward them to the Admin Manager


Support Services:



  • Relieve MDPA when not available or on leave.

  • Reports to the Admin Manager any issue that affects job function and daily operations

  • Provide a report on staff movement, attendance, and other admin activities


Admin Management Report:



  • Weekly and Monthly visitor’s attendance report

  • Weekly and Monthly reports on complaints received, closed out.

  • Weekly and Monthly reports on calls, emails and inquiry statistics


Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Appraiser:



  • Welcoming guests

  • General office duties

  • Manage office cleaner

  • Office maintenance

  • Purchase office stationery and supplies.


Required Skills and Competencies



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

  • Strong technical receptionist skills

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
