Job Description
We are a long-established multi-disciplinary management and financial consulting practice, with a strong competence in Human Capital Consulting, Organisation Development, and Learning Consulting. We seek to identify, self-managed, professional individuals to fill the following positions:
- Suitable candidates will be already practicing HR executives, and university graduates, with not less than three to four years’ experience in HR practice or in an HR organization.
- The role will support the HR/Outsourcing manager in a project located at Ibeju-Lekki.
- Only candidates around the Lekki, Ajah, and Ibeju environments will be considered.
- Provide administrative support for the HR/Outsourcing manager.
- Support the HR Outsourcing manager to ensure successful project implementation.
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Recruitment support.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation.
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Screen CVs and job application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
