Roles and Responsibilities



  • As Fleet Operations Officer, the selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations and partner vehicle acquisitions in their assigned locations.


The key responsibilities include:



  • Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day fleet operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules. Monitor routes, schedules, and vehicle maintenance for optimal performance.

  • Partner Vehicle Acquisition: Collaborate with third-party logistics vendors for the acquisition of fleets and documentation.

  • Client Management: Liaise with clients to understand their demands and expectations.

  • Foster efficient fleet operations and acquisition in the respective regions.

  • Check that invoices received are accurate, and is in line with job order and within budget.

  • Send weekly report to Head of Admin on the health of the fleets and other related issues arising from the fleet monitoring system.

  • Ensure and implement fleet management

  • Any other duties as directed by the Unit Head.


Requirements



  • First Degree

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years similar work experience

  • Must have excellent negotiating skills

  • Must have excellent communication and people skills

  • Must have relationship management skills
