- As the Head of Africa, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy and leading the company’s operations in Africa.
- This role involves leading cross-functional teams, identifying and driving strategic projects, and expanding their presence in African markets.
What should you do to be considered successful?
- Lead and oversee the company's business operations and growth in Africa, including strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Drive brand and revenue growth in Uncover’s core markets (Kenya & Nigeria)
- Lead Uncover’s regional expansion strategy, leading market entry and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, authorities, andstakeholders.
- Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and driverevenue.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with thecompany's objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potentialpartnerships.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and marketentry strategies.
- Initiate, plan, and lead high-impact strategic projects to improve the company'soverall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projectimplementation.
What should you have done in your career?
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Advanced Degree
- Previous C-suite leadership roles in a startup
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operationsmanagement.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and expansion in the African market.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of the industry market in Africa.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations, culture, and business practices in African markets is aplus
