Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property development/ construction industry.


• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills- ability to convey project updates/information, analyze data & situations to make informed decisions.


• Verifiable track record as a Construction Project Architect handling strong architectural designs and production information.


• Proven on-site experience developing actionable project plans and budgets, reviewing & approving architectural designs and instituting measures to effectively monitor progress on projects.


• Experience coordinating all project teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to quality control standards during project's duration.


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite which includes project and architectural softwares e.g Revit.
