Description 



  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch/Sales Manager to lead our client’s real estate sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture within the branch.


Job Responsibilities



  •  Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

  • Oversee the resolution of client issues and inquiries to maintain positive client experiences.

  • Track, and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead generation,and deal closures.

  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the branch's sales budget.

  • Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional and marketing strategies.


Job Requirement



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

  • Must have the ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license.


Salary



  • N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
