PURPOSE

To ensure that the Fertilizer blending process provides solutions to farmers to have the correct ratio of Nitrogen, Phosphorous, Potassium and micronutrients and quality consistence of the products of the company and in the group in line with company set objectives and to meet approved standards.

THE JOB

• Monitor production and blending activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.


• Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities.


• Implement process improvement method to enhance production output.


• Monitor raw material, finished goods and packaging material inventories.


• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.


• Prepare and maintain production reports.


• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

THE PERSON MUST

EXPERIENCE
