Job Description

• We are looking to hire a competent Medical Sales Reps with marketing experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.


• Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.


• Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).


• Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives.


• Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.


• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.


• The incumbent will be responsible for detailing to doctors, pharmacist etc. to support sales.

Requirements

• BSc sciences in Pharmacist


• A minimum of 3-5 years' Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with marketing experience


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
