- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on value creation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote D2B Extended Team and D2B Talent Pipeline Value Steam by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
