Description 

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of an agency.


• Liaise with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.


• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.


• Oversees the operations of third-party agents in different locations nationwide.


• Track and monitor the movements of waybills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a Logistics company.


• Good leadership and people skills.


• Excellent time management.


• Great networking abilities.
