Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather and document business requirements.


• Conduct analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities.


• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation.


• Support the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.


• Participate in software testing, including test case creation and execution.


• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.


• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IT business analysis.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows.


• Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and software development processes.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business analysis tools.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.


• Previous internship or relevant work experience in IT or business analysis is a plus.


• Understanding of Agileproject management methodologies is advantageous.
