JOB DESCRIPTION


Advanced Diagnostics and Troubleshooting



  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes and multimeters, to perform in-depth assessments of electrical systems.

  • Analyze complex electrical issues and implement systematic troubleshooting methodologies to identify root causes.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols for electrical components.

  • Lead the development of predictive maintenance algorithms for early issue detection.


High-Voltage System Maintenance



  • Specialize in the maintenance and repair of high-voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

JOB EXPERIENCE



  • HND or Certificate of Proficiency in Electrical Engineering.

  • Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in heavy-duty truck electrical system maintenance and repair.HOWO, DAF, MAN DIESEL, TOYOTA AUTO, OBD I, II, III, LAUNCH X431 PRO

  • In-depth knowledge of high-voltage systems, battery technologies, and data-driven maintenance strategies  Proficiency in CAD software for designing electrical schematics and harness systems.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful electrical system implementations    Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.

  • Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and irregular hours when necessary.
