Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:



  • Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.


Employee Engagement:



  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to organize and execute employee engagement initiatives.

  • Contribute ideas for teambuilding activities and events.


HR Administration:



  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Assist in the administration of HR programs, such as benefits and performance evaluations.


Training and Development:



  • Support the coordination of training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.

  • Keep track of training attendance and follow up on post training feedback.


Culture Enhancement:



  • Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

  • Assist in conducting employee surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.


Employee Relations:



  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.

  • Work towards conflict resolution and employee satisfaction.


Performance Management:




  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback




General Administration and Office Management:



  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to leave tracking, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Contribute to the cleanliness and positive atmosphere of our offices.


Asset Management and Facility Oversight:



  • Manage and maintain records of company assets.

  • Oversee facilities to ensure a safe and conducive working environment.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
