JOB PURPOSE

• To provide technical support to projects and drive quality/timely completion.


• Would be responsible for reports and analysis, coordination and monitoring of system/model, interfacing with clients, managing contractors, suppliers, vendors and engineers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Delivery of projects efficiently and effectively in order to align with the organization’s goals and objectives


• Technical Validation of Materials and Jobs done


• Follow up and track project deliverable


• Coordinate and supervise project implementation


• Follow up with vendors, contractors and clients on project updates and implementation


• Technical support to align with the organization’s goal


• Data collection and Analysis


• To assist with technical advice to grow the business as required by the Commercial Department


• Supervision of other staffs and contractors


• Others as required by the organization

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

•  HND/B.Eng Electrical and Electronics Engineering


• COREN Certification is an added advantage


• Power system Planning and Design, Power system Analysis, Renewable Energy and BMS system Design, General


• Electrical Engineering, Knowledge of Autocad


• Good understanding of high voltage system - up to 11kVA/11kVA substation


• Can read and interpret single line diagram/engineering designs


• Understands power operations


• Understands maintenance procedure Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)


• IPP Construction and O&M, Power System Planning and Design, Power System Analysis, General Electrical, Engineering design


• 5 - 10 Years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering is required (Power option is preferred) Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)


• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and relate to customers


• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio for analysis etc


• Verbal and written communications skills


• Complex problem-solving skills and a methodical mind.


• Critical thinking and good attitude to work


• Can make a business case


• Ability to work as part of a team to develop and implement systems, as well as troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems


• Strong computational skills
