- Our client needs the services of a professional Chartered Accountant to manage and supervise the Accounts Department.
Description
The job responsibilities include the following:
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Cost control
- Bank reconciliations
- General Ledgers Management
- Salary administration
- Pension administration
- General Ledger.
- Account Payable.
- Fixed asset management.
- Inventory management.
- Vat & WHT computation.
- Personal income tax computation for principal staff.
- Receipting management.
- Debit & Credit note management.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Follow up on debts outstanding
- Computation of WHT payment advice for customers that fail to remit deductions to reduce our company income tax
- Giving an update on the stock report
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be a Graduate of Accounting and must have qualified as a Chartered Accountant with 8 years and above practicing experience.
- Candidates living within Ikeja or other close by vicinity will have an advantage
