JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a focus on delivering a positive experience. 

  • Identify and resolve customer issues by actively listening, analyzing problems, and implementing appropriate solutions.

  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting procedures. 

  • Communicate effectively with customers using clear and concise language.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer support database. 

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to share customer insights and contribute to overall business improvement. 


JOB REQUIREMENT: 



  • BSc/HND in any relevant field. 

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 

  • Familiarity with customer support tools and systems. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently. 

  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
