Role Description

• Kids Court School is seeking full-time, on-site Teachers at our Surulere location in Lagos.


• Teachers will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans and facilitating classroom activities for nursery and primary-level students.


• This position requires a high level of creativity, energy, organization, patience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• BEd or BSc in a relevant discipline with a PGDE (TRCN Certificate is an added advantage).


• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a classroom


• Must be Computer literate with the ability to use virtual classroom applications, Google for Education, Microsoft Packages, and the use of computers in teaching.


• Must display dynamism of 21st-century learning skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong classroom management skills, including the ability to develop and enforce clear rules and procedures


• Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and Montessori techniques (for Nursery)


• Familiarity with educational technology and its application in the classroom


• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents


• Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery


• Candidates must possess excellent written and spoken English and Language skills.
