Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.


• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the field of finance, with a strong background in financial management, analysis, and strategic planning.


• Being ACCA/ICAN certified is a prerequisite, and experience within the telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.


• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.


• Provide insights into financial performance and recommend improvements.


• Financial Reporting:


• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


• Provide detailed financial reports to support management decisions.

Risk Management:

• Identify financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.


• Monitor market trends and assess potential impacts on financial stability.


• Establish and maintain robust internal controls.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.


• Optimize working capital and monitor capital expenditure.


• Implement efficient treasury and cash management practices.


• Strategic Financial Planning:


• Collaborate with senior management in developing financial strategies.


• Provide financial insights to support long-term business planning.


• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial viability.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws.


• Coordinate with external auditors for timely and accurate audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.


• ACCA/ICAN certification is mandatory.


• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance.


• Experience within the telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
