​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities:



  • Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture

  • Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities accordingly

  • Help maintain office budget plan and regular reports on expenses.

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Organize and schedule meetings and events.

  • Manage and monitor company vehicles

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)

  • Arrange travel and accommodations

  • Liaise with government agencies, corporate organizations, etc.

  • Manage/maintain the company’s insurance policies.

  • Other assigned tasks/special assignments


Key Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or any related field

  • 3 years of experience working as an Administrator or other similar position.

  • Significant experience in organizing office procedures. Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills

  • Accounting and book-keeping skills

  • Attention to details

  • Problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills
