RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Banks and Regulator Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, collaboration, and the smooth operation of our business.

  • Day-to-Day Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established processes and procedures.

  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Revenue Assurance and Ops: Take ownership of revenue assurance processes, implementing measures to safeguard revenue streams and improve operational efficiency.

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate various projects across departments, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

  • Financial Analysis for Product Services: Conduct financial analysis of product services, assessing transaction costs, revenue streams, and profitability.

  • Treasury Management: Manage and optimise the company's treasury function, including cash flow management, risk assessment, and investment strategies.


REQUIREMENTS


You're highly likely to thrive in this role if you:



  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business operations especially working in the fintech industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.

  • Possess a strong background in finance, with the ability to analyse financial data, create financial models, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.

  • Have proven experience in overseeing day-to-day business operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and process improvement.

  • Have a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

  • Have mastered the ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

  • Exhibit proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.


NICE TO HAVES:



  • Master's in Business Administration.

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana etc.

  • Previous working experience at fast-growing startups.

  • Experience working in companies with an API-based infrastructure.
