About the job

As a Team Performance Optimization Representative , your role is in accordance with a Human Resource Executive. Your duties are as follow:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties


• Handle logistics duties and other related duties.


• Provide clerical and administrative support with Human Resources Department and on assigned Key Accounts


• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)


• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)


• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes


• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations


• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures


• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews


• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees


• Recruit and source candidates and update our database


• Implementation Effective Recruitment processes


• Identify trends and insights


• Work with various content formats such


• Implement and analyze performance metrics


• Measure and assess goals


• Provide internal reports on a regular basis


• Build relationships with key employees among customers


• Create plans to address clients’ business needs


• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied


• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate


• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products


• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

Requirements

• B.sc/ HND in any field


• 1-3 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer
