Job Description




  • The Business Development Lead (BDL) role involves a combination of Deposit Generation, Investor Management and Relationship Building, all aimed at financing the growth of the company’s loan portfolio and delivering on the business aspirations of Liquiditti.


Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage all Debt Generation and Deposit Mobilization (Fixed Deposit Investment) activities and initiatives targeted at High Net-Worth Individuals, SME’s and Corporates. 

  • Personally build a portfolio of new investor relationships to meet current and future business funding needs of LIQUIDITTI. 

  • Identify, develop and manage LIQUIDITTI’s strategic engagements, Partnerships, Opportunities, other activities aimed at building strategic and income generating relationships. 

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. 


Requirements 



  • BSc in Banking and Finance, Marketing or any related field. 

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience from a Digital Lender, Microfinance Bank, Issuing House or Finance Company. 

  • Proven work experience in business development in a similar role. 

  • A good knowledge of Wealth Management, Investor Relations & HNI Relationship Management. 

  • Ability to network and build sustainable Client Relationships. 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking and finance procedures and products. 

  • Excellent writing, public-speaking, communication, negotiation, business intelligence, and networking skills. 

  • Organization and multi-tasking skillsets.
