The Business Development Lead (BDL) role involves a combination of Deposit Generation, Investor Management and Relationship Building, all aimed at financing the growth of the company’s loan portfolio and delivering on the business aspirations of Liquiditti.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Debt Generation and Deposit Mobilization (Fixed Deposit Investment) activities and initiatives targeted at High Net-Worth Individuals, SME’s and Corporates.
Personally build a portfolio of new investor relationships to meet current and future business funding needs of LIQUIDITTI.
Identify, develop and manage LIQUIDITTI’s strategic engagements, Partnerships, Opportunities, other activities aimed at building strategic and income generating relationships.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Requirements
BSc in Banking and Finance, Marketing or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience from a Digital Lender, Microfinance Bank, Issuing House or Finance Company.
Proven work experience in business development in a similar role.
A good knowledge of Wealth Management, Investor Relations & HNI Relationship Management.
Ability to network and build sustainable Client Relationships.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking and finance procedures and products.
Excellent writing, public-speaking, communication, negotiation, business intelligence, and networking skills.
