Job Description

Our client urgently needs the services of a Chief Operating Officer to drive the Bank.  The Job Description of this person includes the following:

• Ensure quality lending


• Assist in the recovery efforts of bad loans


• Ensure quality customer services


• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies


• Ensure efficient/Quality Banking operations


• Ensure an effective Internal control


• Ensure that the Bank reports profits every month


• Ensure an effective investment by the Bank


• Drive the sale of the Bank products

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience with Microfinance Banking operations and must be very conversant with the usage and application of Bank One software.
