Job Description



  • Our client requires a Business Development Executive who will lead Business prospecting, conversion and sales of Electronic Security Systems and Gadgets.

  • The prospective candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales function that is focused on maintaining and growing the business customer base through effective business strategies and relationship management.


Job Responsibilities



  • Effective business development and sale management in compliance with the business policy and strategy.

  • Identify potential new business opportunities through consultation, coordination with management in conjunction with planned prospecting, leads generation, cold calling, and application to tender notices.

  • Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective and existing customer needs.

  • Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business clients with management involvement, to market the company’s integrated security solutions.

  • Conduct and arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solution to meet customer needs.

  • Create a strong lead identification to sell a range of services for security solutions.

  • Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market.

  • Follows-up on referrals to identify buyer influences and any timing issues, monitors prospects, contract calendars, prepares reports on status of leads and other reports as required.

  • Ensure that annual contract escalations of existing customers are finalised.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 7 years of experience in similar role with a proven track record of sales and business development initiatives in Security Technology Industry.

  • Persuasive oral and written communications, including effective executive-level presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyse sales data and develop recommendations and solutions.

  • Ability to multi-task and multi-manage concurrent projects

  • Strong relationship building and networking skills

  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of Sales and Business Development Policy and procedures

  • Knowledge of Integrated Security Technology Solutions

  • Knowledge and practice of B2B and B2C.

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Effective use of computer and its software.
