Responsibilities
- Overall coordination of all activities of the company.
- Maintain and develop strong working relationship with existing and potential customers through regular contacts.
- Provide general leadership with our consultants, clients, and all stakeholders.
- Ensure effective project management skills in leading new projects that the business will embark on.
- Manage capital project budgets. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time and communicate project status and significant milestones to Senior Executives.
- Coordinates and communicates with other managers to leverage resources and discuss solutions to matters of significance.
- Supervision of the construction, technical, marketing and administrative staffs of the company and generate appropriate reports.
- Assist the top management in achieving the set goals of the company.
- Mentor team members in achieving various tasks or assignments.
- Develop and implement processes for leveraging and using resources to meet customers' needs.
- Any other duties as may be directed by top management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Building Construction / Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management / Administration, or related field.
- Must be vast in IT
- Professional qualification is an added advantage but not mandatory
- 12 – 15 years’ relevant experience of which 5 years should be in a managerial role
- Must demonstrate success in project management and team execution.
- Must be experienced in managing multiple projects
- Excellent communications skills in oral & written English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
