Our client, a newly opened and reputable 4 star hotel in Ikorodu town of Lagos State , with state of the art facilities requires the services of a chef and a cook to compliment the existing team of dedicated workforce in providing exceptional customers service.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the menu planning,and overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients.
- Keeps a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Monitore stock, place and take stock of ingredients
- Ensure all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly
- Ensure great presentation of dishes before served
- Setting up work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes with good knowledge of pastries.
- The candidate should be able to prepare barbecue point and kill and other related dishes.
- The hotel provides comfortable accommodation for it's staff as part of it's commitment to the wellbeing of it's work force.
