Job Summary
- As a Registered Nurse (RN), delivering patient-centered care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
- You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing care, promote health, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- MUST have obtained Registered Nurse (RN) licence
- Minimum of 1 year post nursing school work experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of emergency care.
- Must be resident in Lagos and be available to resume immediately.
- Minimum of two years post-RN training work experience in care provision or medical service.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification (if applicable).
- Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
