Job Description

• Manage stock requisitions and stock issuance to user departments/units.


• Stock control-ensure counting, stocking in, stock takes, change processing, backorder management are performed by staff accurately


• Check and confirm that stock delivered are of the approved quality


• Forecasting and planning for increase in the operations.


• Daily maintenance of bin cards for all requisition forms, LPO, invoice payment receipts and approval memos.


• Monthly reconciliation of the physical stock balance or bin card balance with ledger balances.


• Determine reorder levels for Inventory in the store.


• Keep proper records, maintain and track all store items.


• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Administration.
