Job Description/Responsibilities

• Oversee daily radiography operations such as X-ray examinations, clean-up and maintenance of equipment.


• Capture, examine and analyse results based on patients/clients X-ray images using medical imaging equipment to produce high quality images of tissue, organs, bones and vessels.


• Enforce and communicate radiography health and safety regulations whilst working in the lab (especially for clients) to ensure conformity to providing quality services with minimal errors.


• Prepare the patient for the procedure by giving out specific radiography instructions for the clinic.


• Perform the procedure following an optimized protocol and always ensure patient protection.


• Ensure exposure for team members and the patient meet ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standards such as using radiation safety techniques to minimize errors.


• Check equipment regularly for malfunctions. Provide support and reassurance to patients, taking account of their physical and psychological needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Radiography from a good university Any relevant certification in radiography 4+ years’ work experience as a licensed radiography technician.


• Ability to build and manage relationships with others, especially clients Ability to exhibit the characteristics of a professional person at all times


• Must be an energetic person with initiative Must be resilient
