- Review and assess insurance claims.
- Communicate with clients and gather required documentation.
- Liase with insurance company and loss adjuster for timely claim settlement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports. Determine appropriate claim compensation.
- Process claim payments and ensure timely settlements.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations. Prepare and submit regular claims reports.
- Provide exceptional service to clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in claims or insurance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software.
- Knowledge of Nigerian insurance regulations is a must
