Job Purpose



  • The Head, User Acquisition will lead our acquisition efforts in driving client acquisition strategies, building partnerships, and optimizing digital channels.

  • You will utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences and optimize acquisition channels. 

  • The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in developing and executing innovative acquisition strategies, building fruitful partnerships, and leading high-performance teams.

  • You will be leading the technology adoption of the users within the informal sector.


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize sales acquisition channels, and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the FMCG, and retail industries.

  • Build and lead high-performing user acquisition team, providing mentorship and guidance.

  • Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and innovative campaigns.

  • Collaborate with external partners to drive co-marketing initiatives and expand customer reach.

  • Develop and execute plans to enter new markets or expand the company's presence in existing ones

  • Implement robust analytics and reporting mechanisms to track and analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Requirements


Special Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years user acquisition experience within the FMCG distribution, Fintech, Retail, Ecommerce.

  • Proven experience leading technology adoption within the informal sector will be a big plus.

  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective acquisition strategies.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

  • Project management experience
