About the Role
Your Opportunity:
- This is a great opportunity to be part of the Nigeria commercial team as Head, Reserva Brands.
- Your principal role will be to support your manager with marketing and sales inputs for our Reserva Brands. You will also be monitoring the distributors KPI and work in developing our Premium brands portfolio. The role reports into Area Manager - Nigeria.
About You:
- As the Head-RESERVA Brands, you will be accountable to lead the Route to Market and drive the strategy for Premium Brand portfolio in Nigeria.
- You will responsible for building brand desires of Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose and Single Malts, Premium Bacardi rum & Dewars portfolio with the key strategy of building market share, NSV and growth for the market.
Responsibilities
With our consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead brand launches & activities for Premium Portfolio – Gin, Run, Vodka, Whisky & Dusse
- Market and trade visits across regions
- Monitoring distributors Key Performance Indictors across channel for our RESERVA portfolio
- You will provide feedback on the market growth, potential across channel, optimum RTM and right Resourcing
- Responsible for sales & marketing administration, budget preparations and revisions in the category
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, MDMs and DB Managers to make RESERVA a success
- Monthly Sales and stock follow up
- Monthly Marketing reporting (best practice, ROI, MBHs )
- Drive with Marketing to build Digital equity for RESERVA.
Skills and Experience
- The skills and experience needed to create your legacy:
- Preferably MBA with a Degree in Sales & Marketing
- 8-10 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and marketing of Premium brands/spirits.
- FMCG experience essential, Spirit’s business knowledge is a plus
- Having experience of new business / new brand portfolio setting up is a plus for this role
- Strong knowledge of local market and culture
- Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint.
