Duties



  • Manage schedule and communications for the Managing Director.

  • Arrange and coordinate scheduling of contractors and staff

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Organize personal calendar and engagements

  • Act as the point of contact for business partners, vendors, and other external partners

  • Screen and direct emails and phone calls

  • Provide general administrative support


Qualifications



  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience.

  • Discretion and confidentality is a must!

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
