Background

• Neveah Limited seeks to hire a qualified and technically competent Executive Driver.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

• Driving executives daily to their desired destinations


• Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean


• Using navigation apps to determine the best route.


• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip


• Pick up executives from the place and at the time as they have requested.


• Report vehicle status daily/weekly to the Senior Driver and Fleet manager.


• Assist executives with loading and unloading their luggage.


• Timeously report to resident of your direct report manager/ executive.


• Act as relief person for another executive driver as the need arises.


• Make long road trips/ interstate trips as required.


• Carry out other assigned task as directed by key persons of the company.


• Dress professionally in accordance with company’s dress code.


• Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed.


• Report any instance of mishap or accident to supervisor.


• Report any case of accident, injury, or damage of vehicles to the supervisor.


• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance.


• Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.


• Document movement report daily.

Education and Experience

• At least OND or its equivalent qualification.


• 5 years of corporate Driving experience.


• Factory experience is an added advantage.

Required Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Driver.


• A valid driver’s license.


• A clean driving records.


• Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)


• Familiarity with GPS devices.


• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.


• A polite and professional disposition


• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)


• Good communication skill.
