  • As the Growth Lead / Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business growth and operations of Alpha’s Touch.

  • This role requires a proactive leader/manager, who can define and execute strategies to increase market share, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.


Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:



  • Develop, communicate, and execute the company's business growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.

  • Contribute & ensure that the overall business goals & targets of the firm are met.


Operational Excellence:



  • Streamline and optimize laundry and dry cleaning operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Implement process improvements and initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.


Team Leadership:



  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations and growth team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the department.

  • Ensure that each team member gives their optimal contribution to the growth of the company.


Business Development & Customer Experience Enhancement:



  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses to expand our customer base.

  • Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with corporate clients. This will typically have its own quarterly target.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on their insights.


Financial Management:



  • Develop and manage the budget for the marketing and operations departments.

  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:



  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain a high level of service quality.


Qualifications



  • A Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 2 - 10 years work experience.

  • Proven experience in business operations and management, with a track record of driving growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the laundry and dry cleaning industry is a plus.

  • Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
