About the Role:
We are actively seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to join our Sales team, with a primary focus on managing existing accounts, problem-solving, and commercializing relationships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and ensuring the success and growth of our client base.
What You Will Be Doing:
Existing Account Management:
- Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:
- Act as a key point of contact for issue resolution, working closely with internal teams to address and resolve client challenges promptly.
Commercialising Relationships:
- Identify opportunities to expand and commercialise existing relationships, maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and objectives.
Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the account management team to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to seamlessly execute client projects and initiatives.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor account health, project progress, and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Documentation and Administrative Support:
- Track and document client interactions, project milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using and learning software such as Google Sheets, CRM, and Sales enablement tools.
- Proven experience in a technology sales function
- Exposure to automation for sales enablement
- Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to engage with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Demonstrated ability to commercialise and upsell within existing accounts.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with empathy for customer success.
