Responsibilities

Bodywork:

• Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle body damage.


• Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies using appropriate tools and techniques.


• Ensure precision in dent removal, panel straightening, and surface preparation.

Spray Painting:

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.


• Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using spray guns.


• Ensure smooth and even paint application while adhering to industry standards.

Surface Preparation:

• Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying appropriate coatings.


• Address imperfections and blemishes to achieve a flawless paint finish.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the highest quality of work.


• Identify and rectify any issues with the paint job or bodywork.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.


• Provide updates on the progress of the work and address any customer concerns professionally.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment to ensure a secure working environment.


• Comply with environmental regulations related to paint and material disposal.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bodywork/Spray Painter.


• In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and surface preparation.


• Ability to handle various types of paint and finishing materials.


• Proficiency in using spray guns, sanders, and other bodywork tools.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.


• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Flexibility to respond to call-outs and urgent requests.
