Key Responsibilities



  • Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) on various materials and components to detect surface and near-surface defects.

  • Conduct Dye Penetrant Inspection to identify cracks, porosity, and other surface irregularities in materials.

  • Utilize Eddy Current testing methods to detect flaws, cracks, and discontinuities in conductive materials.

  • Interpret and evaluate test results, producing detailed reports with accurate findings.

  • Collaborate with engineering and inspection teams to determine appropriate testing methods and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures during testing operations.

  • Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to other team members as needed.

  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical education in NDT is preferred.

  • Certification in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection, and Eddy Current Testing.

  • Proven experience as an NDT Technician, with a strong track record of successful inspections.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret and evaluate test results.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to a safety-first mindset.
