Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues promptly.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with ground personnel, signalers, and other operators to ensure safe and coordinated operations.
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on cranes, including inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs. Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance department.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Crane Operator, with a track record of safe and efficient crane operations.
Certification: Possession of a valid crane operator certification/license issued by a recognized authority.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of crane operations, load charts, rigging techniques, and safety protocols.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, balancing, and working at heights. Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness are essential.
