Responsibilities

Electrical System Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on crane electrical systems.


• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in crane equipment.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.

Load Cell Expertise:

• Specialize in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of load cell systems in crane applications.


• Conduct load cell system diagnostics and implement corrective actions.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize load cell performance and accuracy.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.


• Generate reports on equipment status, highlighting any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with crane operators, maintenance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to understand operational requirements and address concerns.


• Collaborate with procurement to source necessary components for electrical and load cell systems.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

• Provide training to crane operators and maintenance personnel on electrical and load cell systems.


• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to crane electrical systems and load cell technology.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Technical certification or degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an electrician, with a focus on crane electrical systems.


• Specialized experience in load cell technology for cranes.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair skills.


• Expertise in load cell calibration, installation, and maintenance.


• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications:

• Electrical certification/license.


• Load cell technology certification is a plus.
