Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

Documentation and Reporting:



  • Maintain accurate records of lifting equipment inspections, maintenance, and operational activities.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.


Training and Development:



  • Develop and deliver training programs for personnel involved in lifting operations.

  • Keep the workforce updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on lifting equipment and operations.

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
